Description
Data was collected on the 15th and 18th of February and 27th of May 2025. Participants were recruited from the survey respondents following and purposive sampling strategy to seek to achieve as gender balanced a composition of primarily student meat-eaters.
Focus groups were held in person in Darwin College Cambridge and explored attitudes and behaviours related to food consumption in Cambridge colleges framed in the COM-B, 4Ns and 4Cs frameworks, as well as interim results from the associated survey.
Transcript of all four focus groups are presented in one document, sequentially, separated by a full line. Transcripts contain details of speaker and some non-verbal observations presented in [] and some timestamps.
