Software / Usage instructions

SEM data (.tif files) can be opened with any image viewer. The .zip file contains all of the 1D SXRD patterns in .xy format, numbered in sequential order. These can be opened in software such as excel or can be opened using scripts in python. The mechanical testing data is in .csv format and can be opened in software such as excel.
