Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic provides an opportunity to organization and management scholars to revisit some of the foundational assumptions that underpin our thriving research streams. In this essay, I talk about what I think is this pandemic’s biggest revelation: How we have chronically overlooked inequality in our work (Suddaby, Bruton and Walsh, 2018). When it comes to inequality in and around organizations, Covid-19 has truly laid bare how one of the defining afflictions of our time, inequality, has escaped scrutiny from management scholars.
