Includes an SEM image, mechanical testing data and SXRD data from I12 beam line at Diamond Light Source. Acquisition parameters are detailed in the methods section of the manuscript.

Software / Usage instructions

All data is contained within a zip file. SEM data (.tif files) can be opened with any image viewer. The 1D SXRD patterns are in .xy format, numbered in sequential order. These can be opened in software such as excel or can be opened using scripts in python. The log for the SXRD experiments can be opened in excel. The mechanical testing data relating to the in situ experiments is in .txt format, and can be opened in a text editor, or software such as excel. The situ mechanical testing data is in .csv format and can be opened in software such as excel.
