Dataset and simulation file for Figure 2.
Zip file containing: Koehler_data.mat (Matlab) - one dataset file; Koehler.dat.csv (comma-separated values); Koehler_SI_solveODE.m (Matlab script).

Koehler_data.mat can be loaded in Matlab memory using the "load: command.
Relevant parameters:
- data: raw spectrometer reading
- Abs: calculate absorbance
- wav: wavelength values
- timesec: time data in seconds
Koehler_data.csv
Time trace at 600 nm wavelength (used for lower panel in Figure 2)
Koehler_SI_solveODE.m (Matlab script):
Matlab script (run with 'Koehler_data.csv' in same diecetory). This script uses the ODE routine to fit the model to the data in the lower panel in figure 2.
