Software / Usage instructions

The SEM micrographs are included as .tiff image files, which can be opened with any image viewing software. The EDX and EBSD data are included as .oip files, which can only be opened with the proprietary Oxford Instruments AZtec or AZtecCrystal software. The hardness data are inlcuded as a .xlsx file, the diffraction data as .xye files, the oxidation data as .txt files and the compression data as .csv files which can all be opened in text reading software or microsoft excel.
