Highlights: The successful fabrication of layered foam/film structure via the crystal melting temperature mismatch for two grades of PVDF resin in a batch foaming process. Developing the heterostructure interfaces between SiC nanowires and MXene (Ti3C2Tx) nanosheets. Achieving efficient electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness with ultralow reflectivity.
