This dataset comprises 48 PDF-files in which organisations announce the availability of specified patents on standardized terms. The dataset is a revised set of statements provided by Prof. Jorge Contreras (http://www.pijip.org/non-sdo-patent-commitments/) to support the associated publication. The individual files have been downloaded from the respective organisation's official homepage.
