Research data separated in folders. The Abs_PL folder contains .txt files of the steady-state absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopy data. The XRD folder contains .txt files of the XRD patterns. The CTstate folder contains .txt files for photothermal deflection spectroscopy, ultrafast transient absorption spectroscoy and external quantum efficiency spectroscopy, supporting the assignment of the charge transfer state. The CTdynamics folder contains .txt files of the transient absorption spectroscopy and time-correlated single photon counting data to support discussion of the excited state dynamics and photoinduced charge transfer. The SCLC folder contains .txt files of the space charge limited current measurements and extracted mobilities and conductivities.
