Description

This dataset contains the magnetic field values measured on the surface of the sample under various conditions.

The magnetic field during the pulsed field magnetisation was measured using Hall sensors placed on the surface of the disc-shaped bulk superconductor. The Hall sensors were activated with a 1 mA current and the Hall voltage was sampled using a National Instruments Data Acquisition System. The active area of the sensors is a 0.127 mm × 0.127 mm square. The data is presented in an excel spreadsheet. The "SP Profile Data" worksheet has the data showing the single pulse magnetisation results of the disc, and the "Magnetisation Stages" worksheet contains the trapped field data after each stage of the protocol. The magnetic field is given in units of Tesla.
