MSP Tracker and Viewer

MSP-Tracker and Viewer are a suite of software for the tracking of vesicle movements in noisy environments. It was created in python. It enables the tracking of moving particles in timelapse movies of biological specimens. MSP Viewer allows you to curate tracks created by MSP tracker, or other tracking software, and to add additional tracks and export information about the tracks, like directionality, speed etc.

Software / Usage instructions

A user manual and introductory videos are included to help users get started with the software packages. MSP Tracker and Viewer should run for Windows, Unix and Mac. If issues arise with running the software due to version incompatibility, the docker contains all of the relevant libraries and can run the software independently.
