Abstract
This chapter offers insight into what to learn from, what to adopt, what to remain alert to, and what not to forget in the post-pandemic world of lesson studies and online professional learning. It is based on the author’s extensive experience of LS as a teacher and researcher in the UK and abroad and as President of WALS from 2017 to 2022. It provides readers with first-hand experience and thought-provoking questions concerning the further development of LS to meet the needs of a digital age.
