(on the application of Evans) v Attorney General on whether it was contrary to the rule of law, Parliamentary sovereignty and the separation of powers for: (1) the Attorney General to have used his powers under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 s.53 to veto the release of documents after this had been deemed in the public interest by the Upper Tribunal; and (2) the court to strike this veto down. | |
