Description
Mathematical matrix model for determining the relative oxidation of acetyl-CoA deriving from U-13C labelled sources in the Krebs cycle. Where prompted in the script, insert your measured data for the proportion of the cellular metabolite pool accounted for by each isotopologue, and press run. The model will give a readout, alpha, for the proportional contribution of U-13C substrate to Krebs cycle oxidation.
