Description

Dataset contains the following for each of the different material conditions examined in this study:

SXRD patterns
stress-strain data from an incremental loading test
EBSD data taken using a Zeiss Gemini300 SEM.

Software / Usage instructions

Mechanical testing data: .csv files can be opened using text editors, or with a spreadsheet software (excel). SXRD Patterns: .xy files can be opened using a text editor. EBSD: .ctf files can be opened using many EBSD software programs but are also human readable, and can be opened in a text editor.
