Supplementary and raw data supporting the manuscript "Chronic inorganic nitrate supplementation does not improve metabolic health and worsens disease progression in mice with diet-induced obesity"

A study investigating the changes in whole-body, skeletal muscle, cardiac and hepatic metabolism associated with diet-induced obesity in mice recieving inorganic nitrate in their drinking water until 4-, 8- or 12-months of age.

XLSX data file containing raw data from main figures/tables and supplementary figures. Data contains a variety of morphometric and metabolic parameters, collected by techniques including (but not limited to) high-resolution respitometry (HRR), liquid chromatrography-mass spectrometry (LCMS) metabolite profiling, RT-qPCR, metabolic cage analysis analysis and histology. Full details provided in the manuscript; all units included in the XLSX.
