Description

Raw data behind all data panels in Figures 1-6. With the exception of laser ablation analysis, all other panels are data derived from cell shape tracking and protein fluorescence quantification from live Drosophila embryo movies of the germband tissue during fast and slow phases of axis extension.

Software / Usage instructions

All computational analyses, except for laser ablation analysis, were performed within ‘oTracks’, a bespoke cell tracking and analysis suite written in IDL (Interactive Data Language, NV5 Geospatial Solutions). A snapshot of the ‘oTracks’ code repository can be found at the DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.10887088.
