Description

AFM images for the publication "Microfluidic deposition for resolving single-molecule protein architecture and heterogeneity". The details are described in http://dx.doi.org/10.1038/s41467-018-06345-4. Briefly: alpha-synuclein monomers are deposited on MICA either by hand or by spray deposition. a-beta42 monomers are similarly deposited on HOPG by either hand or spray deposition. Each of these cases is stored in a separated folder.
