Description

The data contained supports the publication entitled, Automated Label-Free Assay for Viral Detection and Inhibitor Screening via Biomembrane-Functionalized Microelectrode Arrays.

It contains data relating to characterisation of blebs and supported lipid bilayer from human airway epithelium (Calu-3) and HEK293-ACE2 ((human embryonic kidney cell SLBs with overexpressed ACE2 receptors ) cell lines, the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of support lipid bilayer resistance changes following SARS-CoV-2 virus particle fusion, and the data of inhibition of viral fusion with antibody treatments.

The data demonstrating high-throughput recording of viral fusion via microfluidic setup is also included.
