Description

Research data supporting the publication "Differential growth is an emergent property of mechanochemical feedback mechanism in curved plant organs". The data is organised with folders for each figure of the paper. The dataset contains Leica confocal time series files (.lif), TIFF confocal image stacks (.tif), OriginPro data sheets (.opju) and excel sheets (.xlxs).

Software / Usage instructions

All confocal files can be opened using standard image software (e.g. Fiji) and .opju files with the OriginPro software. All software scripts are located on the Sainsbury Laboratory Software Repository https://https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/slcu/teamhj/publications/walia_etal_2024 .
