Description
The data were used to train and test the MSP Tracker and Viewer software, which track vesicle movements in noisy environments. Confocal microscope movies were collected on a Zeiss Airyscan and on a custom built spinning disk microscope.
The ground truth vesicle tracks were used to make training sets for MSP tracker.
Parameters used when comparing MSP Tracker to other tracking software are also included.
