Description

Theoretical models of HCMV strain Merlin glycoprotein H (gH) in complex with gpUL141 or with pUL116. Models were generated using AlphaFold3 with input sequences of gH (UniProt Q6SW67 residues 25–719), gpUL141 (UniProt Q6RJQ3 residues 37–278), gpUL116 (UniProt Q6SW34 residues 25–313), and gB (UniProt F5HB53 residues 25–751). AlphaFold3 models are subject to the AlphaFold3 terms of use (AF3_terms_of_use.md).
