Zip folders containing OWL files for zeolitic and crystalline materials, generated using the OntoZeolite and OntoCrystal ontologies. abox.zip contains ABox files that represent instance-level data for various zeolitic frameworks and chemical species. tbox.zip contains TBox files, which provide the conceptual structure. The files are intended to be loaded into triplestores such as Blazegraph for querying. TBox files can also be opened in Protégé for inspection and editing. queries.zip includes .txt files with SPARQL query examples for exploring the knowledge graph. The data was sourced from the International Zeolite Association (IZA) structural dataset, original research literature, and peer-reviewed datasets. Some data were manually cross-checked and supplemented. See the main manuscript for more details.
