Datasets and workbooks for the PhD Thesis of Joonatan E M Laulainen: Diffraction Between the Spots: Scanning Electron Diffraction of Beam-sensitive Disordered Materials. Detail of how data analysis can be repeated is contained within notebooks within the zip files, which are divided by project. The folders are related to chapters within my thesis (that is itself in a separate repository). Raw data files are included where appropriate. Videos of a few figures are also provided.
