This led to a very inspiring conversation and great reflections on Open Research from the Principal Investigator’s perspective. The main points that came out of the discussion were: - Lack of reproducibility raises questions about scientific rigour, integrity and relevance of work in general - Being open is to work in a team and be collaborative - Open Research will benefit science as a whole, and not the careers of individuals - Peer review remains a critical aspect of the scientific process - Nowadays, global collaboration and information exchange is possible, making the data really robust - Funders should emphasise the importance of research integrity and scientific rigourItem Open Access We are going OPEN – the Open Research experiment has begun!(Unlocking Research Blog, 2017-02-08) Teperek, Marta; Teperek, Marta [0000-0001-8520-5598]Opening blog of the Open Research Pilot Project.Item Published version Open Access Open Research Pilot Project Meeting 13th September 2017(2017-11-13) Hansen, DebbieThis describes the discussion at the full meeting of the Open Research Pilot Project held at Wellcome Trust in September 2017.Item Open Access Presentation from the Open Research Pilot Project Kick-off meeting(2017-01-27) Teperek, Marta; Kiley, Robert; Kiley, Robert [0000-0003-4733-2558]; Teperek, Marta [0000-0001-8520-5598]Item Open Access Webpage archive - Call for participants in the Open Research Pilot ProjectTeperek, Marta; Cronin, Georgina; Cadwallader, Lauren; Higman, Rosie; Kingsley, Danny; Carr, David; Kiley, Robert; Teperek, Marta [0000-0001-8520-5598]; Higman, Rosie [0000-0001-5329-7168]; Cronin, Georgina [0000-0003-0054-6436]; Cadwallader, Lauren [0000-0002-7571-3502]; Kingsley, Danny [0000-0002-3636-5939]
