Description
Data collection methods and statistical analyses can be found in the paper. For any queries or when interested in using the data for additional hypothesis testing, please email the lead contact Jolle W. Jolles: j.w.jolles@gmail.com. The code to run the individual based model simulations that accompanies data from the manuscript can be found on GitHub at https://github.com/vivekhsridhar/individual_differences/
Format
Data is contained in csv files that can be read into R or Excel. For each datafile, a short general description is given in the accompanying txt file with a detailed explanation of the column titles. The datafiles are organised in three sets: A. the data of the individual personality assays, B. the data of the group shoaling experiments, and C. the data of the agent-based modelling simulations. Very large csv files were compressed and need to be unzipped before opening. In addition, a Word document can be found with supplementary tables with the detailed modelling results and adjusted p-values.
Keywords
