Description
Appendices for thesis entitled 'Investigating factors governing cell fate decisions in respiratory epithelium.' Dr Jo-Anne Johnson, University of Cambridge.
Format
Appendix 1-4: Gene ontology analysis of RNAseq data from human lungs at 5 to 9 post-conception weeks gestation. Transcripts in tip (>2FC tip/stalk), stalk (>2FC stalk/tip) and both (<2FC stalk/tip or tip/stalk) are listed in GO categories performed using DAVID Bioinformatics Resources 6.7. Appendices 5-8 - Comparing RNA Seq data from human embryonic lung tips (5 to 9 post-conception weeks gestation) to microarray from mouse embryonic lung tips (E11.5). GO analysis was performed using DAVID Bioinformatics Resources 6.8.
