Description
The data supports the manuscript “Viral infection aids in defence against parasitoid attack in Drosophila". This folder contains the following files: coinfection.csv: this file contains the number of number of flies and parasitoids that emerged from virus-infected and virus-free larvae that had need parasitised; survival.csv: this has the survival of flies after viral infection or mock infection; viral_load.csv: this has the viral load of unparasitised and parasitised flies that were fed DCV; Figure 1.R plots figure 1 using the data above using the software R; and Figure 2.R plots figure 2 using the data above using the software R.
