This data set contains the MATLAB code necessary to reproduce the computational results published in 'Auxin transport model for leaf venation' https://arxiv.org/abs/1901.03244. In these numerical results, we show the ability of our model to connect an auxin source-sink pair with a mid-vein and that it can also produce branching vein patterns. Instructions on how to run the code are provided in the Readme file.
