Description
We provide the following data: 1. The three-component rortex vector and shear vector in space and time (Rv, Sv)(x, y, z, t) for 15 experiments listed in table 1 of the paper; 2. The MATLAB codes used to compute the above data; 3. Movies showing the evolution of velocity fields, vortical/shearing flow structures and density gradient in a number of slices; 4. A README.pdf file giving more information about the data.

The current recommendation prototype on the Apollo Repository will be turned off on 03 February 2023. Although the pilot has been fruitful for both parties, the service provider IKVA is focusing on horizon scanning products and so the recommender service can no longer be supported. We recognise the importance of recommender services in supporting research discovery and are evaluating offerings from other service providers.
