Description
The code is written in Matlab and partially depends on the Analogue Report Toolbox (included here; accessible via https://www.bayslab.com/toolbox/index.php). Separate Matlab scripts analyse the data from each experiment (e.g., analysisExp1.m), and the data for each experiment is stored in a separate .mat file (e.g., exp1_data.mat). The code reproduces the main figures from the paper.

The code is written in Matlab (R2020b). Unzip all the files into a folder. Then, run each of the three scripts (i.e., analysisExp1.m, analysisExp2.m, analysisExp3.m) to analyse data and reproduce the main plots from the corresponding experiment.
