Description

The processed data was obtained by analising captured oscilloscope traces using offline digital signal processing (DSP) in Matlab. The DSP contains carrier frequency recovery and adaptive equalizer based on least-mean squares. The sensitivity is taken at BER = 10^-2. Power budget is a combination of sensitivity and launch power, taken at the EDFA output. Optical Spectrum analyser power measurement raw data. Text file contains power measurement for each frequency
