Description
Analysis of 100 newspaper articles related to enslavement in Senegal. These articles were published between 2010 and 2022, mostly in the Senegalese press but some also in the French press. The results of the analysis show that 55 percent of the articles presented enslaved people in masculine ways, compared to only 11 percent presenting them as women.
