This data supports the publication "Improved fatigue resistance in transfer-printed flexible circuits embedded in polymer substrates with low melting temperatures". It is composed primarily of mechanical test data, captured using a custom test set up, as well as image data, mostly composed of scanning electron microscope images. The dataset contains a readme file to further explain the individual data files.
