Change log

Description

The dataset contains raw data supporting the article ‘A three-dimensional hybrid electrode with electroactive microbes for efficient electrogenesis and chemical synthesis’’. An inverse opal-indium tin oxide (IO-ITO) was developed as a highly efficient electrode material for microbial electricity production and chemical synthesis. The dataset is divided into four key parts: Echem: Contains electro/photo chemical data for IO-ITO, BiVO4, dye sensitized TiO2 and graphene oxide (GO) reduction (origin files), Microscopy: Contains SEM, FIB-SEM, AFM and confocal images of bacteria, IO-ITO, BiVO4 photoanode and dye sensitized TIO2 (png and tif files), Protein quantification: Contains data for protein quantified from electrode attached bacteria (origin file), RNA Seq: Contains data for RNA extraction and gene expression analyses. The RNA sequencing and data analysis was conducted by Cambridge Genomic Services (csv files). For more details about experimental procedure, instrumentation, and data collection, see the manuscript.
