File "xyloglucan.zip" contains compressed NMR data and assignments in Analysis v2 project format.
File "xyloglucan_NMR_data_Bruker_format.zip" contains compressed NMR data (raw, Bruker format).
Sample details: xyloglucanase product extracted from transgenic cell wall material, dissolved in D2O.
Experiment details: data were recorded at 298 K with a Bruker AVANCE III spectrometer operating at 800 MHz equipped with a TXI CryoProbe.
Data processing details: Raw data were processed using the Azara suite of programs and chemical-shift assignment was performed using CCPN Analysis v2.4.
List of experiments used for chemical-shift assignment and contained within the project (numbering as for the raw data directories):
1 – 1D 1H 2 – 2D NOESY (mixing time 200 ms) 3 – 2D TOCSY (mixing time 100 ms) 4 – 2D DQFCOSY 5 – 13C HSQC 6 – 2D 13C HSQC-TOCSY 7 – 2D H2BC 8 – 2D ROESY (mixing time 200 ms)
Chemical shifts were measured relative to internal acetone (δ(1H) = 2.225, δ(13C) = 31.07 ppm).
