Description

Alignment of GT61 clade A and GT8 sequences from Brachypodium distachyon and Oryza sativa and Brachypodium distachyon, Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sativa, and Zea mays respectively. The sequences have been truncated to their GT61 and GT8 domains, respectively, and were used to produce the corresponding phylogenetic trees in the manuscript.
