Each '.csv' file contains all the raw data obtained from each of the experimental models studied, the files are accordingly named as the feature evaluated.
Abbreviations in the name files can be read as follows: isos, isosakuranetin; CFA, complete Freund's adjuvant; veh, vehicle; BK = bradykinin; IL, interleukin; TNF, tumour necrosis factor; Caps, capsaicin; PregS, pregnenolone sulphate; TRPM3, transient receptor potential melastatin 3; TRPV1, transient receptor potential vanilloid 1;
An explanation of how data under each column was collected/analysed follows: Saline = refers to data obtained from mice injected with saline. CFA = refers to data obtained from mice injected with CFA. Saline + Isos = refers to data obtained from mice injected with saline and treated with isosakuranetin. CFA + veh = refers to data obtained from mice injected with CFA and treated with vehicle. CFA + isos = refers to data obtained from mice injected with CFA and treated with isosakuranetin.
In files titled as "responders" refers to the neurons that responded to Pregnenolone sulphate.
