Data repository for work contributing to the paper "Enzyme-Responsive DNA Condensates"

1.Widefield epifluorescence micrographs are presented as raw .TIFF files that can be opened with any image viewing software (e.g. ImageJ). These micrographs were collected using a Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E inverted microscope (Plan Fluor 20× 0.75 N.A and Plan Fluor 40× 0.95 N.A dry objectives (Nikon)).

2.Bulk fluorescence measurements were acquired using a BMG CLARIOstar Plus plate reader, data is presented in .xls format.

Data is uploaded in zipped folders. .tiff files can be opened with any image viewing software (e.g. ImageJ) .xls files can be opened with spreadsheet readers or custom code
