Description

The raw data were generated using a nanoScan PET/CT (Mediso) and images processed using VivoQuant 3.0 (InviCRO). The data uploaded are are tables of raw data for the following: Figure 1: SUVmean for different regions of interest in EL4 tumour-bearing mice under warmed and fasted conditions. Tumour-to-blood Ratios: tumour-to-blood ratios for the different tumour types and animal handling conditions. Figure 2a, 3a: Left ventricular myocardium SUVmean in mice with different tumour types and under different animal handling conditions. Figure 2b, 3b: Tumour SUVmean for the different tumour types under different animal handling conditions. Figure 5a: The net influx rate (Ki) and SUVmean at different times post-injection of [18F]FDG for different different mice and animal handling conditions. Figure 5b: The net influx rate (Ki) and tumour-to-blood ratio at different times post-injection of [18F]FDG for different different mice and animal handling conditions. Figure 6: Bland Altman analysis compaing the estimated Ki using a population based imaged derived input function (PBDIF) with the measured Ki. Raw Data 2 min bins, Patlak: the raw measured activity and calculations used to derive Patlak plots for tumours and left ventricular myocardium in the different tumour types and animal handling conditions.
