Dataset for "Cathodoluminescence studies of the optical properties of a zincblende InGaN/GaN single quantum well"

Description

The dataset contains the original measured Cathodoluminescence measurements oerformed on the InGaN/GaN single quantum well structure. The .sur files are the raw Cathodoluminescence data and can be read using the Lumispy Python Package. The figure numbers are used while labelling all the raw data to highlight which file belongs to which figure. The .xlxs files are the raw information about the respective graphs in figures derived from the .sur files.
