Description
Theoretical models of herpes simplex virus (HSV)-1 protein pUL21 and varicella-zoster virus (VZV) pORF38 in complex with the catalytic domain of human PP1[gamma]. Models were generated using AlphaFold2 via the ColabFold pipeline with input sequences of pUL21 from HSV-1 strain KOS (UniProt F8RG07 residues 1-535) or pORF38 from VZV strain Dumas (UniProt P09289 residues 1-541) plus human PP1 gamma catalytic domain (UniProt P36873 residues 7-300).

Coordinate files (.pdb) can be opened with PyMOL (https://github.com/schrodinger/pymol-open-source) or ChimeraX (https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/). json files can be opened using text editors or parsed using Python (https://docs.python.org/3/library/json.html). Sequence alignment (.a3m), log (.log), comma-separated value (.csv) and text (.txt) files can be opened using text editors. Images (.png) and documents (.pdf) can be opened using operating system tools.
