Research Data supporting "Modulating non-radiative recombination related to shallow traps in halide perovskites"

Description

All data were collected using in-lab instruments and analyzed by the authors. Details of the measurement and analysis methods are provided in the Experimental Section of the manuscript.

A 7-Zip archive containing the source data for all figures is provided, including: (i) the numerical datasets in .xlsx format; (ii) Origin files (.oggu) that can be opened in Origin; and (iii) the figure illustrations assembled in a PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) file. A README file in the archive provides step-by-step instructions for opening each file type and explains how the files map to the corresponding figures/panels (by figure name). For the .xlsx datasets, the first column contains the X values and subsequent column(s) contain the corresponding Y values; the correct dataset can be readily identified by matching the file/figure names and by directly comparing the reproduced plots with the published figures (the datasets are distinct and unambiguous).

The provided files can be used to reproduce the figures and analysis results using Excel, Python, Origin, or other plotting/processing software.

Any user should have the latest microsoft office, Origin.exe and MATLAB installed in your computer to open and edit the original data.
