Abstract
jats:pMethylammonium chloride (MACl) selectively promotes the formation of jats:italicN</jats:italic>-methylformamidinium (MFAjats:sup+</jats:sup>)PbIjats:sub3</jats:sub> at grain boundaries (GBs) and as clusters near GBs while suppress the formation of δ-FAPbIjats:sub3.</jats:sub></jats:p>
