Abstract
An archaeological assessment was undertaken by the Cambridge Archaeological Unit on an area of land adjacent to known Medieval earthworks, in anticipation of the development of a single dwelling (NGR 5138/2717). This comprised an earthwork survey and trial trench excavation as outlined in the brief supplied by the County Archaeologist's Office. The investigations took place in October, 1991.
