Description
The data includes imaging data acquired with a MultiSpectral Optoacoustic Tomography scanner, central to the publication, together with Matlab code used to analyse it. Quantified histology data is also included, as well as the files used to generate the figures.

Software / Usage instructions
The analysis of the imaging data provided is possible with MATLAB software. The charts and data for them are stored in a project created using Origin software (Origin Lab).
