Description
The folder contains Microsoft Excel files (.xlsx) of Raman spectra, Thermogravimetric Analysis data, and TEM Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) data for the samples analysed in the work, the results from the macroscale thermomechanical model and the Python code for the microscale model.

Software / Usage instructions
The file "MicroscaleMode.py" runs the microstructure simulations. It generates the geometry, creates the input and data file for LAMMPS, calls LAMMPS for the simulation and writes a VTK file for later visualisation. The script requires Python 3 with the packages numpy and scipy. The simulations were run with LAMMPS stable release 3Mar20.
