Abstract

In a retrospective Nigerian cohort of 33,982 PLHIV initiating or switching to TLD, virological suppression reached 80–82% among participants with available viral load data and 63–65% by intention-to-treat analysis. Suppression was higher among switchers, while age and gender predicted suppression.
