Description
Collated file of data relating to chemokine receptor interactions with receptor activity modifying proteins. The effect of chemokine receptor coexpression on receptor activity modifying protein cell surface expression was assessed through flow cytometry using cell impermeable allophycocyanin-conjugated anti HA or anti FLAG antibodies. Data are the % cell surface expression of each receptor activity modifying protein compared to surface expression in the presence of calcitonin receptor like receptor (CLR).
