Naming Convention: study_subjectID_day_contrast.tif Each subject of each study group (mild, severe, sham) was imaged twice, both without ("_w") and with ("_i") contrast inside the transrectal absorber guide (TAG).

Dataset Size: 18.6 GB

METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

The data was collected using Raster‐Scanning Optoacoustic Mesoscopy as described by Buehler, Adrian, et al. in "Transrectal Absorber Guide Raster‐Scanning Optoacoustic Mesoscopy for Label‐Free In Vivo Assessment of Colitis." Advanced Science 10.18 (2023): 2300564. Subsequently, the data underwent motion correction, band-pass filtering, and reconstruction.
